What a 12-month marketing roadmap actually contains

July 11, 2026

“We’ll build you a strategy” usually means a slide deck. A roadmap is something else: a month-by-month plan with numbers attached.

A Precision Profit Plan lays out, for each of the next twelve months, what to deploy and in what order — visibility first where it compounds, lead generation where intent is highest, infrastructure where it unlocks the rest. Each phase carries a projected budget, projected revenue, and an expected return, so you can see the trajectory before you spend.

It is built from 500+ data points across your market, competitors, service mix, customer economics, and geography. That is what makes the projections specific to your business rather than industry averages.

The point of the roadmap is not to be right about every month in advance. It is to give you a standard to measure against — so that every month, you can see where you are versus where the plan said you would be, and adjust from evidence instead of guesswork.
